Great Option for a stay in Ubud with really friendlz hotel staff

The accomodation was in the heart of Bali and therefore you could reach a handful of good restaurants by walk. The room was also clean and the hotel staff very friendly!

Great staff who made the stay wonderful

Staff was very friendly, polite and professional. Location was great, on a side street, but very close to shops and restaurants.

Villa was a little worn and dated inside, pool water a bit too cold.

The most things are good, But the fitnes is really big minus

Nothing special, But good.

The hotel doesn't have fitnes center, so, we don't have chance to make a gym. You inform the guests, that the fitnes center is in the property. That is not true, so I expect, you will give me some money back. But really money, not discount at the next reservation.

Stay at Baruna Sari Villa

Stayed in Villa with private pool. Love the privacy we get in our villa. Excellent n friendly staff that took good care of us throughout our stay. Breakfast in villa. The whole villa size was bigger than expected. Beautiful n well maintained garden. Easy 3min walk to reach the main road of Ubud Central.

Use of single unit water heater to provide hot water in villa. So need to be careful not to over run hot water unnecessary. Turn off water when soaping and you should be fine for 2 person to shower comfortably.

A great place if you want to stay in Ubud!

Very central but still remote enough to be quiet. A lot of great restaurants in walking distance. The pool area was great and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!

A lovely oasis from busy Ubud life

The pool in our 2 bed villa was great after busy days Breakfast in our villa served by the staff to order was lovely Location is so central, yet you cannot hear any noise from the main Street.

There is no gym despite this being included in the facilities. Also this is not a yoga place. One of our toilets did not flush first time and the Wifi was extremely patchy even after it was rebooted.

Wonderful villa in heart of Ubud

Pool in two bedroom villa was awesome and outside dining great… rooms are lovely and large with great bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Walking distance to town is about 10 mins and they organised a great driver for the day.

Breakfast served in villa was ok, a more varied range would be good.

A sanctuary amongst the Ubud chaos!!

The Baruna Sari villa was everything we could have asked for and more. A little Oasis just far enough off the main Ubud road so you cannot hear the traffic but close enough to walk to central Ubud in less than 10 minutes. It was our own little sanctuary for my wife and I and our 2 year old. The staff were excellent. Very attentive, polite and good natured. They always had time to say hello to us and our toddler. The villa was kept very clean with a turndown service in the evening. The laundry service was excellent too. A bag of laundry dropped off in the evening was washed and dried by the next afternoon. We highly recommend this as a destination in Ubud. Thank you Baruna Sari Staff for a very enjoyable stay.

What would you highlight about Baruna Sari Villa

The new villas are excellent

We liked that we got to stay in their new villa that has only opened recently. The bed was comfortable and it had a good sized fridge (Not one of those mini bar fridges) only about 6 minutes walk to central Ubud so not too far from restaurants. The street where our villa was is quiet and well back off the road. Currently they are building additional villas beside where we stayed, but it was not noisy and did not bother us. The breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of menu. The staff are all excellent and made us feel very welcome. You can order dinner via the reception if you want to stay in. A very good supply of fresh drinking water on hand. Plenty of towels and hand clothes replaced every day with extra ones for the pool. I would recommend staying here.

Being new there were a few minor issues. 1 they have a bathroom basin with a mirror but very poor lighting and no soap dish. The only place to have breakfast is outside on the patio which is open to the weather. When it rains in the morning there is no cover while you eat. The patio step from the bedroom to the patio is for the young and healthy. It needs 2 to 3 steps instead of just the one very high step up. For some you need to be careful after rain as the patio can be slippery. No beer or wine glasses. No doubt a lot of things can be easily fixed as the owners work through the needs of the villas. The one thing all you have to do is ask the staff and they will ALWAYS help where they can.

This property is the most incredible place to stay! the photos are exactly how the villa looks. The staff are so kind and caring. The location is perfect as it’s down a little street away from the traffic but a 2 minute walk into the centre of Ubud. I would recommend this place 100%!!!

Nice relaxing stay in the centre of Ubud

Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Location to Ubud centre very handy, and still the villas very quiet and relaxing. Private pool was beautiful! Breakfast was filling, the banana pancakes are a must try.

The property is a little old and it’s showing, needs some renovating. The towels had a bad musty odour, that was probably the worst part of our stay.

Amazing! Better than we expected. 10/10 for location and value for money

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Location was hard to beat, very central location close to everything we need and is tucked down an alley so you don't get as much of the road noise.

The porch is not really designed for wet weather. We did get alot of rain on one of the days here and could not sit outside as the glass roof of the villa was leaking everywhere

Nice villa in a perfect central location

Really lovely villa in a perfect location, walking distance to all the main things in Ubud. The staff were extremely nice and really went above and beyond to say hi each time, see if there was anything we needed, offer us taxis etc.

Minor thing - we had some ants in our room that the staff quickly took care of.

Exceptional

Central location in Ubud but still tucked away in an alley so you don’t have to hear the hustle and bustle of the city in your private villa! Highly recommend the one with your own pool. The staff are lovely and always happy to help you during your stay. Breakfast was a delight and the space has everything you want and need. Lots of restaurants and tourist attractions around. Highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

Only thing I didn't expect was to be so close to the reception, staff would go in and out of the villa entrance at times. Also the road to the hotel is very small so it would be hard if you had a car.
